Terms of service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organization you represent, "Customer") and Iron Noodle Technologies ("Iron Noodle", "we", "us") for the use of SEO Command Center (the "Service") and seocommand.center (the "Site"). By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service measures search engine and AI assistant visibility for websites, prepares reports, drafts improvements and, when you approve them, applies changes to connected websites. We may improve, change or retire features over time, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you rely on.
2. Accounts and roles
- Keep your sign-in details confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Account administrators decide who has access and with which role, including agency accounts, sub-accounts and view-only client logins.
- You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract.
3. Your websites and authorization
You may connect only websites, analytics properties and other accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect a website and apply a change, you authorize us to make that change on your behalf. Changes are drafted for review and are written only when someone in your account applies them. You remain responsible for your websites and their content, including keeping your own backups and making sure published content is accurate and complies with the rules that apply to your profession, such as attorney advertising rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or use the Service to publish false or misleading content;
- connect or change websites or accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- probe, overload, disrupt or bypass the security or usage limits of the Service;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service or its data, or build a competing product from it, except as these terms allow;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
- upload malware or content you have no right to share.
5. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Google, website platforms, search data providers, AI model providers and task tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or data, and a third party's changes may affect features that depend on it.
6. AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze data and draft text. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review drafts before you apply or publish them, and do not rely on AI output as legal, financial or other professional advice.
7. Fees and paid actions
Some actions use paid data or AI services and are metered. Your account's plan, role permissions and any spending caps determine which paid actions can run. Where fees apply, they will be shown before you commit, and are payable as stated in your plan or order. Unless your plan says otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes.
8. Your data
You keep all rights to the content and data you bring into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for having the rights and any notices or consents needed for the data you bring in, including lead records. You may export or delete your data, and we will delete it after your account ends as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Our property
The Service, the Site, and their software, design, brand and documentation belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. Reports you generate are yours to use for your business and your clients.
10. New and coming-soon features
Features described as coming soon, beta or early access are offered as they are, may change or be withdrawn, and are not commitments to deliver a feature by any date.
11. No guaranteed results
Search engines and AI assistants decide their own results and change them often. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, mention, lead or business outcome.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish, websites or accounts you connect without authorization, or your breach of these terms.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, non-payment, a security risk, or where the law requires, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and give notice of material changes in the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek urgent relief in any competent court.
